Exchange/ Store Credit
   We do not do refunds. You will have the option of exchange or store credit. This credit will be issued as soon as your order is received and processed. Store credits are sent in the form of a gift certificate code via email to the address on file. If you would like your gift certificate code sent to a different email address you may change your information online, or note the preferred email address on your return form.

Returned item must be mailed and postmarked no later than 30 days from original shipment.
Item must be received by us in same condition as it was originally shipped. If item is broken, damaged, or appears to have been worn, no credit will be issued.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Customer must pay shipping to return item to store.
After initial shipment to customer is verified as delivered by shipping agency, the customer is responsible for lost or damaged items. Customer must track returned items and purchase shipping insurance if they chose to do so.
Store credits issued for returns may only be used to purchase merchandise. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send new item
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date. The ship date is listed on the invoice enclosed in your package.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after that date. Returns and exchanges must be in NEW condition, with tags still attached and cannot be worn, altered or washed. Articles received in worn condition will not be refunded. Miss Cocky reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Earrings, hosiery, adhesive bras and all sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Miss Cocky receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable.

You may also bring the return or exchange to the store within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. Please be sure to bring your original invoice.
Miss Cocky is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Shipping
FREE standard shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $150.
All in-stock items will ship same day if orders are placed before 1 p.m.  After 1 p.m., orders will go out the next business day. All order placed on major U.S. holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery times depend on your location and standard shipping takes between 2-7 business days. Please note that certain items do take longer bc of demand and stocking. Those specific items are noted in the description.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.Your credit card is completely safe.
